The Complicated nature of the health and ever increasing problems of various age groups of people in the society are the major factors responsible for bringing about changes in the education system and compelling more emphasis on quality education of the health care professionals. The contribution of Nurses to National health care has been recognized world over. They are the front line providers of medical assistance to the needy .A warm reassuring hand of a nurse to a patient is no less valued than that of Angel. It has been the ambitions of Shree Samartha Shikshan Va Krida Prasark Mandal, Akola to set up an educational institution in the medical field at Akola with good standards of competent health service personals. It gives me an immense pleasure and joy to stand before you to announce the new emerging college of Nursing to be started in the session 2015-16 at Akola with permission of Government of Maharshtra and Indian Nursing Council affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. It is the beginning of our dream mission to render health for all. We need co-operation from all spheres, to train future builders on a nationwide.
I am confident that Samarth Nursing College will strive to prepare nurses who can make independent decisions in nursing situation & facilitate individual and groups in pursuit of health function in the hospital and community nursing services and also the student of this college will be able to integrate the academic excellence with competent nursing care.
